I participated in a training session with Tash which was extremely beneficial. I had just commenced using Xero in our new business and required a bit more of hands on training. The training was structured so that I would become more experienced in the areas that I was weakest in. By the end of the training I was able to competently complete the tasks in Xero that my business required. Excellent training style and patient understanding is what stands out in my mind from Tash.

We’re Xero newbies and asked our accountant for a recommendation for Xero help - she recommended Tashly Consulting. Our strategy has been to build a list of questions to ask during a Zoom 1:1 session with Natasha, and these sessions have been incredibly useful and productive.
Natasha is an excellent educator - clear, concise and patient. We get through a long list of questions in a 30 minute session; the pace is just right, and Natasha’s Xero knowledge is clearly extensive. We’ll continue to use Tashly to train us, and to problem solve issues we’ve caused.
We can see that the time we’ve saved by getting expert training has saved us money and time. Well worth the cost of training.

Natasha at Tashly Consulting answered all my Xero questions and more! The training session was conducted professionally and covered many aspects of Xero. The best part was that it was adapted to my business and helped me address my specific bookkeeping needs. I especially liked being able to book and pay online and being able to book ongoing consultations, should I need them.

Natasha trained myself and my assistant and how to set up STP on Xero and then how to do our first BAS. She also showed us how to setup Receipt bank for us. Our accounting is now very easy to do. Highly recommend Natasha for any Xero training you need.

The best bookkeepers we have had - and we have been through four in the last 6 years! The team at Tashly are very efficient, very professional and absolutely know what they are doing. Our system is fairly complex, and they put in every effort to understand the business and how everything interacts before getting started. I was stuck with a big mess I had created in Xero and the longer I left it, the bigger it was getting! I reached out to Tash for assistance and WOW did she rescue me! She quickly figured out what the problem was, what I had been doing wrong and fixed everything. Thank you Tash for taking a weight off my shoulders and fixing it so quickly. My Xero is now operating perfectly and Tash will definitely be my go-to if I create a mess again (let's hope I don't!)!

I've been a customer of Tash's for the past 10 months, with her first performing a Bookkeeping Rescue to tidy up a year of terrible self-bookkeeping, and then as a monthly client.
